We will be hosting an Arm Care and Arm Strengthening Program for all positions.
What you get:
6 hour and a half sessions with Active NCAA College Coaches Nick and Jesse White.
Take home Long toss arm strengthening throwing program.
Set of Arm Bands and Arm Band workout.
Plyo ball Arm strengthening routine.
