ABOUT THE EVENT
Full Description:
One session. Everything a pitcher needs. The HBB Winter Pitching Session brings players into the covered batting cages at Menlo College for a focused, high-quality pitching clinic led by HBB coaches Nick and Jesse White and a staff of college players and collegiate-level coaches. With a maximum of 10 players per session and small groups of just 3 to 4 players per coach, every pitcher gets individualized attention and real feedback in an environment built for development.
Each session covers the full picture of what it takes to be a complete pitcher heading into the next season — from the mechanics of the delivery to the mental side of pitching under pressure. Topics include:
Throwing mechanics — grip, arm path, hip coil, extension, and follow through
Rhythm, timing, and body connection from the ground up
Arm care and off-season maintenance routines
