The HBB Winter Speed & Agility Sessions are designed to make you a faster, more explosive baseball athlete from the ground up — first step quickness, change of direction, baserunning efficiency, etc. Small groups, collegiate-level coaching, and one focused session at Menlo College. Max 10 players.

ABOUT THE EVENT
One session. Built to make you faster. The HBB Winter Speed & Agility Session brings players to Menlo College for a focused, high-energy athletic development clinic led by HBB coaches Nick and Jesse White and a staff of college players and collegiate-level coaches. With a maximum of 10 players per session and small groups of just 3 to 4 players per coach, every athlete gets individualized attention and real coaching in an environment designed to build better baseball athletes from the ground up.
Speed and agility are often the most overlooked parts of the off-season — and the ones that can separate a good player from a great one. This session is designed to address exactly that. Topics include:
First step quickness and reaction time
Lateral movement, change of direction, and hip mobility
Baserunning efficiency and acceleration out of the box
Outfield and infield range development through athletic movement patterns
